OVERVIEW This website is operated by TrioAuraDesign. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TrioAuraDesign. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. PERSONALIZED GOODS AND ACCURACY For all personalized or custom-selected orders, the customer is solely responsible for providing accurate information. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting the correct size, color, and specific device model (e.g., exact MacBook or iPhone model numbers). TrioAuraDesign is not liable for replacements, exchanges, or refunds if the customer provides incorrect specifications or information at the time of purchase.

3. GLOBAL PRODUCTION AND THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS To ensure high quality and efficient delivery, we partner with a global network of specialized production facilities. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that your order may be manufactured and fulfilled by different third-party partners located worldwide. Your shipping information will be shared with these partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order.

4. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Slight variations in color or print alignment are inherent to the custom manufacturing process and shall not be considered defects.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY Because we aim to start the production of your custom items as quickly as possible, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within strictly 1 hour of order placement. After this 60-minute window, the order is automatically transmitted to our production partners, costs become non-recoverable, and the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, graphics, logos, and content available on this website are the intellectual property of TrioAuraDesign. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7.  - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
