Shipping policy

Welcome to TrioAuraDesign. We work with a global network of specialized print-on-demand partners to create high-quality, custom products specifically for you.

1. Production & Processing Time

Every item in our store is made-to-order.

  • Standard Processing: It typically takes 2–5 business days for our production partners to manufacture and quality-check your custom item.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.

  • Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Global Fulfillment & Shipping Estimates

To ensure the fastest delivery, your order is routed to the facility closest to your location (USA, UK, or EU) depending on product availability and your delivery address.

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Canada & International: 10–25 business days

Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal service interruptions beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. Multiple Shipments

Since we partner with various specialized production facilities, items in a single order may be manufactured in different locations. In such cases, your items may be shipped separately. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package, and they may arrive at slightly different times.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TrioAuraDesign is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT charged by their country of residence.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us or our partner due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

7. Order Cancellations

Because we aim to start production as quickly as possible, you have strictly 1 hour from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. After this 60-minute window, the order is automatically sent to our production partners, and we can no longer stop the process or issue a refund.
