Refund policy

At TrioAuraDesign, we take pride in the unique nature of our products. Each item is custom-printed and manufactured specifically for you at the moment of purchase through our global print-on-demand partners.

1. Cancellation Policy

Because our production process begins almost immediately, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After this 60-minute window, the order is automatically sent to our production partners, and it can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

2. Custom and Personalized Items (Non-Returnable)

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) and standard US Commercial Law, items made to a consumer’s specific specifications or clearly personalized (such as MacBook covers, apparel, or home goods with custom names, dates, or unique configurations) are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges if you:

  • Provided incorrect personalization details.

  • Ordered the wrong size, color, or device model (e.g., selecting the wrong MacBook model number).

  • Changed your mind after the 1-hour cancellation window.

Please double-check your spelling and use our Size Charts/Model Guides provided in the product descriptions before completing your purchase.

3. Non-Personalized Items

For standard, non-personalized goods, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Damages, Defects, and Errors

If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info.trioauradesign@gmail.com.

  • Requirement: You must provide high-quality photos of the defect/damage and the shipping label on the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

5. How to Start a Return

To start a return request, contact us at info.trioauradesign@gmail.com.

  • Important: Approved returns must not be sent back to the manufacturer or production facility address on the package. We will provide you with specific instructions on where to send your item.

  • Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

7. Customs and Duties

TrioAuraDesign is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
